Our nutrition and lifestyle services are centered around a "whole-person" and "client-centered" approach for adults, teenagers and children.  We provide a very comprehensive nutrition & lifestyle screening-assessment process to identify nutrition-lifestyle status and health risk, along with discovering the nutrition-lifestyle root causes related to our client's health concerns and goals that allows us to provide the most appropriate treatment plan. We also provide counseling and education (includes educational materials) in all of our sessions.
