Service Description
Stress is an unavoidable part of life—but how your body responds to and recovers from stress can vary greatly. Stress resilience is the body’s ability to adapt, recover, and maintain balance during physical, emotional, and environmental challenges. From a functional nutrition perspective, stress resilience is influenced by nutrition, blood sugar balance, gut health, sleep, and daily lifestyle rhythms—not willpower alone. This session explores how food and lifestyle choices can strengthen your body’s stress response systems and support long-term resilience.
